There are many different ways in which we can dispatch items from our warehouse to customers who live in various places around the UK. However, if you have your eye on any particular items stocked by Leader Stores, you could, without even currently being aware of it, stand to hugely benefit from using our customer collection service. Through using this free service, you can travel to our warehouse to collect items that you have purchased through the Leader Stores website. Here, we cite particular situations in which we think using this service could be especially wise.

You live near our warehouse in Hartlepool

Our warehouse is located in Hartlepool, a coastal town in the North East England county of County Durham. If you live within short travelling distance of our warehouse, using the customer collection service could be too good an idea to pass up. If, for example, you reside in Middlesbrough, which is just under eight miles south of Hartlepool, or your home is in Sunderland, just less than 17 miles north of the town, and want to buy an item that can easily be carried on public transport, using the service could be an excellent idea.

We say this largely because there is a single train line which connects Hartlepool, Middlesbrough and Sunderland – and, even more crucially, the major city of Newcastle, where we reckon that many of our most likely future customers could be. This same train line also connects several nearby smaller settlements, including Billingham and Eaglescliffe near one end and Heworth and Corbridge near the other.

Our showroom is located at the same address as our warehouse. So, if you would like to see a product that particularly takes your fancy right in front of you before you decide whether or not to splash the cash, this is another situation in which turning to our customer collection service can be a good idea. In fact, even if you order a product from Leader Stores without seeing it in the showroom beforehand, using the customer collection service to get your hands on that product can still give you a great opportunity to see more of what we have to offer.
